Production Heavy Lifter / Utility Worker

Our client is looking for detail-oriented candidates to join their production team! As a Production Heavy Lifter, you must be physically able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis, you'll play a key role in the success of the food manufacturing process—handling, packing, and sorting product.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Afternoon shift with flexibility to working morning shift as well
Schedule: Primary 1:30pm-10pm and open to 5am to 1:30pm (Monday through Friday; occasional overtime and weekends required)
Pay: $17.40/hr for afternoon and $16.90/hour for morning

You're Good At:
- Regularly lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
- Sorting, packing, and weighing products as directed by department lead or supervisor
- Following all facility safety and food safety guidelines
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Keeping your work area clean and organized using common cleaning tools
- Have experience with quality inspections and identifying product issues
- Are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Understand and consistently follow food safety policies
