Job Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of the Executive Director, Special Education or designee, School Psychologist, BCBA, and B - Ca. BA. The RBT provides support to students and staff in a variety of Special Education classroom settings implementing behavior plans and teaching direct pro-social skills that will improve the learning environment, assisting a certificated teacher and Instructional Assistants in reinforcing instruction, performing a variety of clerical duties in support of classroom activities. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services and the collection of data. Requirements / Qualifications Requires a valid California Driver's license - .
