Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA/Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System – Greater Sonoma County.
- Upon hire: California Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience.
