We are seeking detail oriented individuals who take pride in their work and place focus on attention to details.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe Returns Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all returned eyewear products. This role requires a keen eye for detail to distinguish between manufacturer defects and wearer damage, ensuring that only \"like-new\" products are returned to inventory. The goal is to maximize inventory recovery while maintaining a high standard of quality control.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nInspection & QC: Manually inspect returned frames, lenses, and accessories for scratches, alignment issues, or defects.\n\nData Entry: Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP to scan and log returned items, updating customer accounts and inventory levels in real-time.\n\nClassification: Determine the \"grade\" of returned products (e.g., Return to Stock, Repair, Refurbish, or Salvage).\n\nCleaning & Refurbishing: Perform minor adjustments to frames (tightening screws, aligning temples) and use specialized cleaning solutions to prepare items for resale.\n\nPackaging: Re-package approved items into original cases or boxes with appropriate labeling and barcodes.\n\nReporting: Track and report recurring product defects or shipping errors to the Quality Assurance team."
