Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations with a proven track record of compliance
- Ability to supervise field employees and subcontractors effectively
- Deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
