As the #2 leader on site, you will partner closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience while leading daily operations in a high-profile corporate cafe serving breakfast and lunch. Incentives M-F 6 am to 4 pm with some evenings, rare weekends What You'll Do In this highly visible and collaborative role, you will:Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day cafe operations. Lead and mentor a front-of-house team of 3 employees. Deliver a high-quality guest experience with a focus on hospitality and service excellence. Roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment (including light food prep and coffee service)Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS operations. Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
