The FP&A Staff Financial Analyst, IT will partner closely with the IT leadership team to provide financial planning, analysis, and decision support across technology investments and operating spend. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and financial reporting for the IT organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for IT operating and capital expenditures
  • Partner with IT leaders on financial analysis of projects, vendor contracts, and technology investments
  • Monitor and analyze spend vs. plan, with clear variance analysis and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, ROI analysis, and prioritization decisions
  • Prepare executive-ready financial reporting and dashboards for senior management
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and improve financial transparency across IT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 6–10 years of FP&A or financial management experience, preferably supporting IT or shared services
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with senior technical and business leaders

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
