- Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison between M1 and client facility management.
- Train and supervise staff on:
- Emergency response procedures
- Evacuation protocols
- Hazmat guidelines
- Fire safety measures
- Injury and incident reporting processes
- Ensure full compliance with M1s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards.
- Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.
- Report findings to both client and M1 leadership in a timely, professional manner.
- Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
- Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.
- Minimum one year of Supervisory security experience.
- Flexible schedule.
- Travel throughout the Southern California area.
- Train new hires on their site-specific post order and maintain post order compliance.
- Work closely with Performance Manager to exceed service levels.
- Enforce M1 Global Uniform Policy.
- Issue verbal disciplinary warnings to Security Officers for attendance, uniform issues, etc.
- Utilize Track force technology to submit site inspections, incidents and uniform check reports.
- Assist with all other operational needs from Performance Manager.
- Cover a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer if necessary.
- Ability to interact with the public and client in a direct and professional manner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Participate in the company's pre-employment screening process.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
