Responsibilities for a Sr Recruiter include but are not limited to:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Distribution, Operations, and Customer Success positions

  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support staffing priorities and recruiting strategies

  • Utilize ATS systems, scheduling tools, and recruiting platforms to manage candidate pipelines and reporting

Candidates for Sr Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting software sales and distribution-related roles

  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and executives in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

  • Experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies

Pay Details: $51.00 per hour
