Responsibilities for a Sr Recruiter include but are not limited to:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Distribution, Operations, and Customer Success positions
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to support staffing priorities and recruiting strategies
Utilize ATS systems, scheduling tools, and recruiting platforms to manage candidate pipelines and reporting
Candidates for Sr Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting software sales and distribution-related roles
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and executives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies

Pay Details: $51.00 per hour
