About the Role

Twitch is seeking a Marketing Community Manager to drive high profile, ownable to Twitch programs that educate and engage streamers and their communities. You have deep knowledge of the Twitch ecosystem and business in order to identify strategic initiatives that engage streamers through quality, highly engaged with content. The Marketing Manager will define and nominate the program parameters, goals and measurement and work with key cross-functional stakeholders to bring these initiatives to life from ideation to execution.

In this role, youll be organizing and executing on omni-channel marketing campaigns that support Twitchs education initiatives and ensure results. You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with Twitchs top creators, internal stakeholders, and brand partners.

You Will

- Research and develop educational materials for Creator Camp and other Twitch-owned properties across text, video, and livestream formats
- Write insight-based production and creative briefs for go-to-market campaigns
- Coordinate communications across internal and external teams for marketing initiatives, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
- Develop channel plans and manage ongoing promotional marketing levers across Twitch-owned and -operated channels
- Create learning agendas to test and iterate on program initiatives in partnership with the data science team
- Identify and develop co-marketing opportunities across business development, sales, and external marketing partners
- Work cross-functionally across marketing, content, and BD breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas and communicating program results to senior leadership

Basic Qualifications

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience creating brand marketing content
- 3 years experience of successfully building community programs
- Experience developing educational content or programming
- Proven ability to write compelling, audience-appropriate copy across multiple formats
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Active member of the Twitch community or knowledge of gaming culture
- Experience working with creators or influencers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
