Performs basic interior design assignments receiving specific and detailed instruction as to tasks required and results expected.& Responsible for working with the project team to assist overall effort of completing various project phases.
RESPONSIBILITIES: & &
Modifies and prepares production drawings during design development phase.
Corrects and updates design documents.
Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.&
Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
May mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff.
Prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings.
Builds models for client/project team review.
Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
Fosters a commitment to external and internal client service.
& EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in in architecture, interior design or foreign equivalent.
0 to 3 years’ experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required.&
LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
OTHER:
Some overtime may be required.
Some travel may be required.
