Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations within manufacturing support and set-up areas to meet production, quality, and efficiency goals
  • Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
  • Train, coach, and support team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Collect, analyze, and track production data for reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard work procedures and day-by-hour tracking systems
  • Lead High-Performance Team (HPT) meetings and continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production, quality, and operational issues
  • Address employee concerns, manage low-level conflicts, and support accountability initiatives
  • Support ISO compliance, quality programs, and internal and external audits
  • Perform hands-on production and operational support as needed
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Escalate production, safety, and operational concerns to leadership as necessary

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience required
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint and manufacturing systems preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be eligible to work in compliance with ITAR and EAR requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift
