- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign, prioritize, and execute project tasks.
- Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project performance.
- Coordinate activities required to support proposal development and contract requirements.
- Assist in organizing and documenting technical and operational requirements.
- Manage RCMs following distribution and ensure requirements are properly assigned and tracked.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to validate and close requirements.
- Maintain visibility into requirements status and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project performance against milestones and objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans and requirements tracking.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and workflows.
- Support tools, reporting methods, and documentation standards that enhance visibility and efficiency.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and customer information.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

- Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and at least six years of progressively complex experience in project administration. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a technical, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
- Experience with requirements coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with proposal development, contract requirements, or requirements management is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement, operational initiatives, or system implementations is a plus.
