What you’ll do each day:

  • Answer 70&-150 incoming calls and messages daily with a friendly and compassionate tone.
  • \n\t
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling various specialty appointments and procedures.
  • \n\t
  • Create detailed, accurate messages and research account information within scheduling software.
  • \n\t
  • Multitask effectively to manage high call volumes while prioritizing patient needs.
  • \n\t
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for members.
  • \n

What you bring to the table:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or scheduling environment.
  • \n\t
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and experience with healthcare scheduling systems (EPIC preferred).
  • \n\t
  • strong communication skills and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • \n\t
  • A dedicated work ethic and a desire for long-term stability within an organization.
  • \n\t
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • \n

The Perks:

  • Pay: $24.00 &- $25.00 per hour.
  • \n\t
  • Schedule: Monday &- Friday, 8:00 AM &- 5:00 PM (No weekends!).
