Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 1 to support retail food operations at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento, California. This position is ideal for a customer-focused leader who enjoys managing cash-handling retail food environments that include branded concepts, in-house formats, and signature designs. The Retail Food Manager 1 plays an important role in maintaining food quality, service excellence, and strong customer relationships in a healthcare setting.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain food quality and customer service standards across retail food operations
  • Assist with cash control processes and the maintenance of payroll records
  • Support financial and HR-related functions as needed
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and positive public relations through consistent, high-quality service
