Job Summary
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The job of Network & System Technician is done for the purpose(s) of performing routine technical work in planning, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, maintaining and upgrading computer workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and other various equipment that support the Riverside County Office of Education and its customers.
Requirements / Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
Three years of responsible experience in networking and/or information systems performing a variety of operations which would demonstrate exposure to and utilization of skills, knowledge, and abilities required by the position. See Job Description.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or technical training is desired.
CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES:
A valid California driver’s license required upon hire. Position duties will require frequent driving to school sites and offices throughout Riverside County, including the desert area.
REQUIRED TESTING:
