About the Role:
The Creative Production Coordinator is responsible for handling and overseeing the creation of creative assets from intake to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a passion for creative work. The Creative Production Coordinator will work closely with the Production Managers, the Sr. Director of Production, and the Design team as well as other key business partners across Creative, Marketing and the wider IMAX business to ensure that assets are delivered on time and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Production Managers to manage the asset creation and creative process from the asset request stage to final delivery of all marketing materials for various projects.
- Responsible for setting up, checking, tracking, assigning, and managing incoming asset requests from business partners in the Project Management tool.
- Organize, manage, and track the completion of assets while closely monitoring project priorities for timely delivery with Production Managers.
- Responsible for providing the appropriate server and DAM links and creating folders structures for projects with the Production Specialist and Operations Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset production and distribution by providing solutions.
- Effectively communicate the status of assets to key stakeholders and work closely with Production Specialist to QC and upload final files to our DAM platform for distribution.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in asset management. project management, preferably in a creative agency or in-house creative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools such as Basecamp.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution Focus and flexible mindset that enables the team to adjust swiftly and effectively to changing needs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing needs and deadlines.
- Strong interest and knowledge of creative trends and best practices
- Deep passion for film and filmmaking

Hiring Range :
$41,978.00 - $59,968.00 (per year) Final pay within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and the geographic location of the role.
