PrideStaff is currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist / Customer Service for an automotive supplier and distributor of car and truck accessories company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time temporary position with potential for hire. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
- Pay Rate: $18.00 to $19.00
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing returns
- Assisting with e-commerce listings
- Answering and assisting customers with questions and concerns via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms
- Sending daily invoices and processing payments
- Inputting checks and paying bills
- Processing shipping labels
- Will need to have strong organizational/coordination skills.
- Adjusts to completing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
