Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, guest-driven Server to join our team for an exciting seasonal opportunity! In this role, you’ll set the tone at the pool bar—creating expertly crafted beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued from arrival to farewell. You’ll anticipate guest needs, move with confidence in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet guests as they arrive or move about the pool area
Adhere to standards set forth by management and company
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the pool daily
Guide guests through descriptive selling of the menu
Beaccuratein order taking, confirming all special requests
Work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
Assistguests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
Finalize the experience throughtimelyandaccuratebill presentation
Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits and supplies
Ability to learn and follow proper steps of service for allguests’interactions
Ability to work alone and in a team to include serving, bussing, running, general cleaning and special projects as assigned by management
Responsible formaintainingstock, cutting, andstoring ofall fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicingportioncontrol.
Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest
Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bankand all other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for
Physical Requirements
Prior bartending/serving experiencerequired.
Ability to understand verbal English tocomprehendbasic guest requests.
Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 75 lbs.
Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.
