- Credential Copy (CTC detailed printout of California Physical Education Credential with an English Learner Authorization . Must be detailed printout showing authorizations and renewal requirements.)
- Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
- Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendations, hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. (no electronic signatures). One LOR must be from an administrator. If you are a student teacher one LOR must be from your Master Teacher.)
