Key duties include landscaping (mowing, planting, weeding), cleaning parking lots and walkways, trash removal, exterior maintenance (lighting, painting, signage), and snow/ice removal in winter. They operate machinery like lawnmowers and snowblowers Key Responsibilities & Job Duties Landscaping & Horticulture: Mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and watering lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds. Property Cleaning & Upkeep: Removing trash from parking lots, common areas, and around garbage dumpsters; raking leaves, and sweeping walkways. Exterior Maintenance & Repairs: Installing or repairing fences, gates, outdoor lighting, and minor concrete or asphalt repair. Safety & Seasonal Work: Removing snow and applying ice-melt to sidewalks and driveways. Irrigation Maintenance: Troubleshooting, repairing, and monitoring sprinkler systems.
