A little about this position:
- Establish program structure, philosophy, and direction.
- Design and control budget.
- Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Minimum five years’ coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
- Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures
- USSCA National certification or equivalent
Pay: $85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
