Conduct in-depth analysis of the logistics needs for the U.S. e-commerce business, combining market insights, industry trends, and customer feedback to perform comprehensive business operation analysis and diagnosis. - Regularly organize meetings to identify operational pain points, drive optimization of logistics processes and models, and improve overall business efficiency. - Analyze the logistics market across different regions in the U.S., review cost structure per logistics segment; conduct cost calculation, benchmarking analysis, and trend forecasting to provide actionable business insights and support implementation of cost optimization strategies. - Responsible for end-to-end supplier management, establishing a data-driven supplier evaluation system covering key indicators such as service quality, cost efficiency, and response speed. - Collect and analyze evaluation results, refine penalty and performance assessment models, and drive cost reduction and service quality improvements through continuous monitoring while fostering long-term supplier partnerships. - Proactively establish efficient cross-functional collaboration; conduct industry analysis and market research, generate analytical reports and business recommendations, and solve problems efficiently. - Strong knowledge of logistics cost structures and optimization processes; conduct product requirement analysis and solution design, independently drive product development and cross-functional collaboration to support cost-reduction strategies.
