Support external PGC (Professional Generated Content) creators in growing their presence on TikTok, including designing growth strategies and operational plans; - Collect and analyze key challenges faced by creators during their TikTok journey, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely solutions; - Monitor and optimize creator performance through data analysis, continuously improving engagement and influence on the platform; - Stay on top of content trends and user needs, and develop creator growth strategies that enhance the overall content ecosystem; - Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term development on the platform. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/ Master in sports or a related data analysis discipline - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026; - Passionate and experienced user of content platforms, with deep understanding of content ecosystems and creator growth; - Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions; - Goal-oriented, with excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills; - Able to work fluently in a fully English-speaking environment (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); - Prior experience in creator operations/content operations at major internet companies is a strong plus; - Solid understanding of new media ecosystems, short video content trends, and overseas user behavior.
