Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday; Monday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm & Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm to include some weekends

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the management of well-rounded recreation programs and incentive programs in compliance with government and management directives.

Put your fun and creative skills to use to teach healthy and fun extracurricular activities!

Duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and student activities services of the department.
  2. Develop and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual recreational plans and schedules of activities.
  3. Coordinate with other center staff pertaining to recreation and social activities.
  4. Develop physical fitness, recreational, and social activities to comply with and support overall goals for student development.
  5. Oversee operation of all recreational facilities and programs, ensure proper health and sanitation standards are maintained.
  6. Participate in Career Development Services System (CDSS) by creating positive peer leadership and role modeling techniques through activities both on and off-center.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years related experience, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
