Job Description

A well-established and highly respected fire protection company is actively seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Technician to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
& Install, inspect, test, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential facilities
& Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with sprinkler systems, valves, piping, and related equipment
& Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems remain compliant with NFPA standards and local fire codes
& Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
& Complete service reports, inspection documentation, and maintenance records accurately
& Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field personnel to complete projects efficiently
& Respond to service calls and emergency repair situations as needed
& Maintain a safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications:
& 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, service, inspection, or maintenance preferred
& NICET certification is preferred but not required
& Strong understanding of NFPA codes and fire protection systems
& Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
& Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
& Excellent communication and organizational skills
& Valid driver’s license preferred

Education & Certifications:
& High school diploma or equivalent required
& Technical training or trade school education related to fire protection is a plus
& NICET certification or additional fire protection certifications are highly valued
