As a Guest Service Associate, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming space for families, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional support to those in your care. You’ll work closely with the Family Services Manager and a dedicated team to deliver services that truly matter.

What You’ll Do: As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Connecting with outgoing and incoming staff at the beginning and end of each shift to relay critical information.
  • Maintaining a secure and compassionate communal living environment for families and performing routine walk-throughs to ensure safety and tidiness.
  • Logging and addressing maintenance issues reported during daily inspections.
  • Carrying a duty cell phone to remain available for families and handle emergencies.
  • Receiving, logging, and distributing all family and staff packages and mail.
  • Supporting cleanliness and organization in the lobby, kitchen, and dining areas by unloading dishwashers and preparing meals.
  • Stocking and distributing essential resources such as laundry supplies, toiletries, and household items.
  • Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring common areas remain hygienic.

Family Care Responsibilities:
  • Responding to family inquiries and managing emergency situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assisting the Family Care Manager with check-ins, check-outs, and preparing welcome materials for incoming families.
  • Ensuring all visitors are health screened and observing safety protocols, including mask-wearing.
  • Managing requests and deliveries from families, contributing to their overall well-being.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous office and customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle challenging situations with confidence and compassion.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting families and children.
