Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in Class Action, PAGA, Employment Law (Pre-litigation and Litigation phases)
- Prepared and drafted mediation briefs, complaints, letters, and interrogatories
- Manage deadlines and attorney calendars
- Experience with class-action suits
- Paralegal certificate or degree is a plus
