DIRECTOR - HOSPITALITY, BRAND OVERVIEW:
This role sits within Elevate’s Brand team. The Brand vertical for Elevate focuses on consultative services and building platforms and programs within sports, entertainment and lifestyle marketing for domestic and international brands. The Director - Hospitality will report to the VP, Brand and will lead the strategy, development, and execution of global and domestic hospitality programs across a range of premier sports and entertainment properties.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, is comfortable managing complex, multi-market programs, and can seamlessly shift across partnerships based on client and business needs. This individual is an experienced hospitality leader with exceptional client management skills, strong operational expertise, and a proven track record delivering high-profile programs for world-class brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead day-to-day management of client hospitality programs across multiple properties (Olympics, Motorsports, Soccer, Football, Golf, etc.) serving as a primary client and property contact while owning project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Develop and guide hospitality strategies aligned with client business objectives, translating them into actionable, end-to-end program plans
Provide proactive recommendations and strategic POVs to enhance program impact, guest experience, and operational efficiency
Plan and execute hospitality programs from concept through completion, partnering with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement), clients, and external vendors
Oversee all program elements including ticketing, accommodations, travel, transportation, food & beverage, and curated guest experiences
Establish and manage best-in-class operational processes across all phases including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, program documentation, and communication (e.g., project plans, event guides, recaps)
Lead on-site execution, managing staffing, vendors, and real-time problem solving to ensure seamless delivery
Develop team structures and staffing plans as programs scale, while mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration and best practices

A. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, events, or experiential marketing, including global program management
Agency experience preferred
Experience working with CPG brands and/or fi nancial services a plus

Strong knowledge of the sports, entertainment, and hospitality landscape
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-market hospitality programs
Exceptional client and project management skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation experience, with a track record of delivering complex programs

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
