Litigation Paralegal &- Class Action (5 Years)


Location: Los Angeles, CA or Emeryville, CA (Hybrid)

A well-established and growing plaintiffs’ firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of experience to support its class action practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact matters, with a focus on plaintiff-side employment class actions.

The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, is highly organized, and is comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, with a focus on class action matters
  • Assist with case management from filing through resolution
  • Draft, proofread, and cite-check pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Manage and organize large volumes of documents and case files
  • Coordinate and track discovery, including document productions and responses
  • Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits and summaries
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed
  • Prepare filings for state and federal courts

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Experience with class actions required; plaintiff-side employment class action experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures in state and federal courts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
