Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time / Day Shift

Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, maintenance-related issues, and/or unauthorized access, helping to deter disruption and support a welcoming environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities, directional assistance, and general presence at the location while communicating clearly with management and/or local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
