Job Description

A well-established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience with single-plaintiff employment matters, wage & hour claims, and class action litigation within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of employment litigation experience, with a background in FEHA, wage & hour, and/or class action matters. Candidates coming from a plaintiff-side background are welcome, though some defense litigation experience is preferred. You should be comfortable supporting cases through key phases of litigation and working closely with clients and senior attorneys. Active licensure in California is required.

This role offers flexibility, including a fully remote option for candidates with wage & hour or class action experience, along with meaningful client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact matters.
