About the Job:
The Senior Analyst, Delivery Partnerships (DoorDash & Grubhub) will support the management and growth of Taco Bell’s key third-party delivery partners, focusing on DoorDash and Grubhub. This role will work closely with the Manager, Delivery Partnerships to help drive channel performance, execute joint initiatives, and maintain strong day-to-day partner operations. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing performance, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution across internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
This position is accountable for supporting DoorDash and Grubhub performance outcomes and continuous optimization of these aggregators. This position reports to the Manager, Delivery Partnerships.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support partner-specific delivery strategy by analyzing performance, identifying trends, and helping inform recommendations
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with DoorDash and Grubhub, including coordination, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Coordinate and track aggregator-specific tests, including setup, performance monitoring, and results reporting
- Track and help manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with planned initiatives
- Support briefing and execution of campaign assets in partnership with Marketing and Creative teams
- Coordinate with the Media team to support integration of delivery initiatives into broader media plans
- Assist in preparing materials for joint business planning and quarterly business reviews
- Help identify opportunities for tech and operational enhancements to improve delivery performance and experience
- Ensure partner initiatives are aligned with internal priorities by maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships or digital commerce
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data to generate insights and support decision making
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or marketplace platforms preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- High level of ownership and accountability with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Demonstrates logical and strategic thinking skills with a strong drive for results
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
- Experience working with cross functional teams to support creative ideas geared towards the delivery space a plus

Salary Range: $98,400 to $112,000 annually bonus eligibility benefits
