Job Description

Application Development (60%)

  • Assist in developing and maintaining manufacturing applications using .NET Core and related frameworks
  • Support bug fixes and minor enhancements to existing production systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews to learn from senior developers

Collaboration & Learning (25%)

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Operations) to understand business requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Shadow senior developers during requirements gathering and technical design sessions
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Technical Support (15%)

  • Help troubleshoot application issues reported by manufacturing users
  • Assist in testing and validation activities before production deployments

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent)

PREFERRED:

  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (C#, Python, or Java preferred)
  • Fundamental knowledge of database concepts and SQL
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle basics
