river Specialist II – Union Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Specialist II to join our Entertainment Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and secure transport of customer supplies, products, and equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery while strictly adhering to designated schedules and compliance protocols.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Efficiently operate light transport vehicles (such as passenger vans and light trucks) to deliver and retrieve client materials between organization hubs and customer sites according to an established daily schedule. This includes handling physical tasks like loading, unloading, preparing, and maintaining the vehicle.
  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate closely with the dispatch team, warehouse personnel, and entertainment services clients to ensure seamless communication, prompt resolution of delivery issues, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Responsibility 3: Ensure strict compliance with corporate safety policies, local traffic laws, Department of Transportation (DOT) regularities, and specialized handling procedures for unique or sensitive cargo.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in professional driving, local courier routing, or a similar delivery-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of secure cargo handling, safe driving practices for light commercial vehicles, and local geographical routing in the Hollywood/Greater Los Angeles area.
  • Proven ability in managing tight delivery schedules, exercising excellent situational problem-solving skills on the road, and interacting professionally with client stakeholders.
  • Valid Standard Driver’s License with a clean driving record (any specific hazardous materials certifications or specialized local endorsements are a plus but subject to local regulations).
