First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00 am to 03:30 pm)Perform receiving and final inspections of incoming materials and finished cable assemblies, connectors, and machined components to ensure compliance with specifications in a manufacturing environment. Conduct electrical, visual, and dimensional inspections using calibrated test equipment (Hi. Pot, multimeters, Megger) and precision measuring tools (calipers, gauges)Review supplier documentation (Co. C, test reports, certifications) and maintain accurate, traceable quality records in alignment with internal procedures and industry standards. Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials, supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions in collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications while handling precision components and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Quality Control Inspector II Qualifications:Experience in quality inspection, QA/ QC, or manufacturing environments with a focus on product verification. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Handson experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)Familiarity with electrical testing equipment (Hi. Pot, multimeter, Megger) and quality standards (IPC, J STD, ISO preferred)Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently to ensure product quality.
