The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and coordination across all stages of the sales lifecycle. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing teams while maintaining professional relationships with retail customers.<5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • Provide end 2011to 2011end sales operations support<5c trong=""> for a Sales Manager and sales team<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Manage and track new product development timelines and deliverables<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Coordinate closely with cross 2011functional teams<5c trong="">, including Creative, Marketing, Order Management, and Purchasing<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Prepare, process, and manage sales quotations using Oracle<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Monitor sales order progress to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external retail partners<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

    Qualifications & Requirements<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c 3="">\n

    • On 2011site position<5c trong="">; must be able to commute to Los Angeles daily (Monday-Friday)<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • 2 years of inside sales support or sales operations experience<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • College degree preferred<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Strong customer 2011facing presence; comfortable working with retail customers<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office<5c trong="">, including Outlook and Excel<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Intermediate Excel skills<5c trong="">, including formulas and data handling<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
    • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)<5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
