Salary Range: $32.14 to $36 per hour, commensurate with experience.
SUMMARY
Directly reporting to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), this individual will provide high-level administrative support and coordination, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks in support of the Program Management Department. This person must possess the ability to interact with staff, clients, and vendors (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Must be able to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists the Chief Program Officer with all administrative tasks
- Responsible for heavy calendar management to coordinate the Chief Program Officer meetings and reserving appropriate set-ups
- Maintains department calendar of scheduled days off
- Assists with the preparation of invoice approvals
- Prepares minutes of department meetings
- Responsible for the department’s office supply requirements
- Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents
- Arranges travel schedule and reservations as needed
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Drafts letters or documents and routes correspondence
- Participates, with other agency support staff, in agency-wide support functions (such as front desk support, phones, and mail functions) as needed or requested.
- Files department documents
- Assists the CM department with administrative needs as directed by the Chief Programs Officer.
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; OR five years of equivalent experience.
Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Computer Skills - Intermediate PC skills required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Project and desktop publishing is preferred
