What you’ll do
  • As a Flagger, you will play a critical role in our daily operations by:

    • Controlling Traffic: Using hand signs and paddles to direct flow around active worksites.

    • Site Preparation: Setting up flags, cones, signs, and markers to ensure clear communication.

    • Team Collaboration: Performing general construction tasks under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor.

    • Safety & Compliance: Following all safe driving policies and local, state, and federal DOT guidelines.

    • Equipment Care: Maintaining company vehicles and gear to ensure they are always mission-ready.

    • All-Weather Resilience: Working outdoors in the diverse weather conditions of the Chester region.

What you’ll need
  • What You’ll Need
    • Age/Authorization: Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

    • Must have your California Flagger Certification
    • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

    • Licensing: A valid State driver’s license (non-provisional) with an acceptable driving record.

    • Experience: Previous flagging experience is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

    Physical Requirements: You should be comfortable working alone in remote locations and performing physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods. You may routinely lift between 10–25 lbs, and occasionally up to 55 lbs.

The wage range for Flagger I is $25.00 - $28.00.
