As a Retail Sales Specialist for TCL home theater, you’ll engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences and budget while providing expert service and recommendations.   • Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences.
  • Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth.
  • Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs.
  • Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones.
  • Maintain specified department merchandising and organization.
Basic qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications
  • 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields.
