Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for some help with the following:
- Image Dell laptops (mostly done already so this is a nice to have)
- Deploy Dell laptops for customers who previously used Dell (windows 11 upgrade)
- Roll out devices to large groups at a time so presentation skills are required
- Individual rollouts
- Show users how to access email, collaboration tools and download their applications
- Scheduling meetings with users to deploy the laptops
- Tracking the laptops deployments data
- Reclaim devices and track information
- Follow up with customers on experiences and issues with not being ready to reclaim old laptops
Requirements: - Ability to communication with customers
- Great customer service
- Ability to drive vehicle to remote sites
- Knowledge of O365 and Windows 11
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite (excel)
